The formula to get skinny is not complex at all: less food, more exercise.
It is simple to say, but usually not so easy to put into effect. Of course, you don't have to stop eating completely. You just have to cut down on sugar, flour and fats, and try to eat more vegetables, fruit, fish and lean meat. No more McDonalds, Coke, Dunkin' Dunuts and all that kind of garbage that ruin your health day after day. From now on you have to follow a healthy diet if you really want to get away with those annoying extra pounds.
Second, of course, we have the exercise. You have to put some moving into your body. Start running, bicycling, swimming, playing sports, or whatever you like most. Each minute you stay seated in your couch watching TV is one more lump of fat growing up in your body. So, get up and put your skeleton into movement.
With these simple steps, you can be sure you will lose a good bunch of pounds quickly, and you will remain like that as long as you avoid some unhealthy habits.
